Welcome to Shop Aida, the first Shopify app that optimizes product content specifically for AI search engines like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. By installing or using Shop Aida, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Shop Aida helps merchants enhance their product visibility across AI-powered search engines by automatically generating structured data, Q&A content, and product comparison tables. These features improve the discoverability of your products within AI-driven recommendation and search systems.
You must have a valid Shopify account to install and use Shop Aida. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify credentials. Shop Aida does not store your Shopify login information. Unauthorized use of your account may result in suspension or termination of service.
Merchants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of product data within their Shopify store. Shop Aida uses the data provided through Shopify APIs to generate optimized content. The merchant remains the owner of all product information and content generated through our app.
Shop Aida's billing and subscription model is managed through the Shopify Billing API. Charges, renewals, and cancellations are handled in accordance with Shopify's payment terms. Refunds are issued only in accordance with Shopify's refund policy.
You agree not to use Shop Aida for unlawful purposes, to infringe upon the rights of others, or to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or Shopify's systems. Misuse of the platform may result in immediate termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Shop Aida at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to the integrity of our service.
Shop Aida and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to uninstall it.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Shop Aida after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on our official website or within the Shopify App Store listing.
